there art thou happy

Looks like the frost caught the morning glory seeds before they hardened. Too bad. Other issues have been dogging me, too, but never mind; a pack of blessings light up on my head.

Ikea has finally passed out of eclipse and is full of vibrant red furniture. This makes looking round it both more cheerful and more productive! Also far more likely to produce a drinks cabinet I like.

In previous years I've just let them deliquesce into winters' frosts, but really, why not?

Meeting up with Debra and Chris in Bristol for High Tea and chatter betwixxt Ikea and gig, badasstronaut had made some super-tasty tasty pies, it was lovely.

Wine, tasty food and the amazing triangle train game (Transamerica) with tinyjo and alex. It has an engaging simplicity that allows you to completely skip the figuring out the rules phase of the evening.

Kitten on lap. Her mission is to make me late into work, she says.
