I think the worst you deserve is a little light purgatory
... and that's just for getting within striking distance of the presenters and not putting them out of my misery ...

hope you're feeling better

I was once within punching distance of Jonathan King and didn't, which I'd like taken into consideration. m'lud.

That was before the paedophilia thing, and when he was just hated for being Jonathan King anyway. Afterwards, of course, everyone said they knew about him before, which is hardly something to be proud of - knowing someone is a paedophile and not shopping (or helping) him... sorry. anyway. where was I?

hope you're feeling better

worse, iof anything, but thanks for asking...

I was within striking distance of margaret thatcher, michael portillo and tony blair in the same evening and didn't do anything. In my defence all I can say is that there's a time and a place for these things and that wasn't it.

Robin Williams will be featuring in mine. I know it's not his fault, but I'm afraid I can't help it.

Re: Excellent!
there was a film in which he went to hell, but the film-makers didn't have the courage to follow through and actually have him tormented.

Re: Excellent!
I know, I went to see it and I was so disappointed! I'd get it right if I put him there though.

What's particularly hideous is the popularity of the 'Hummer H2' out hereabouts ... even to the point of producing 'stretch Hummers' - even more popular than stretch limousines.

Personally, whenever I see one of those things, I feel I really should fulfill that idiot's fantasy to a tee...and launch a bloody RPG into their arse.

I suppose this feeling comes from studying architecture...certain designs automatically elicit particular reactions (yay Foucault!). If one sees a concrete bunker, naturally one wants to take C4 to the bastard. I should add that if it weren't for their history and their non-use now, I'd feel quite the same way about castles, which at least makes me consistent. ;-)

Role playing game? Is this something to do with the thickness of the manuals :P

Re: RPG?
Hehehehe...sorry, I forget not everyone has the supersaturated militarist-speak of CNN/Fox as we have here...RPG = Rocket-Propelled Grenade. Essentially that thingy Indiana Jones used to threaten the destruction of the Ark in the first film. :-)

(yes, admits he knows far too much military crap - I run away now.)
