a gentleman reviews Whores of Mensa

Apparently it's frothy and lipglossed. I think I'll spin that as Aubrey's shirt and Keat's lips, respectively. The Bacardi Breezer will be be Aphra (Behn)'s fault, doubtless.

I am surprised about Aphra, though -- I thought it was Gerard Manley Hopkins was the obscure one!

I love Gerard Manley Hopkins, however I should probably get off my shaky moral high ground as I haven't got Whores of Mensa yet. I'll probably wander down to Gosh at some point this week and pick up a copy (and no doubt trip on those bastard stairs again).

I've often thought of John as the bulldog of the TRS2 team - throwing sweet little cartoonists to him is a bit like drowning kittens. When I saw that review I figured he'd met his match. I now await Lucy's appearance...
