Mardou's marvellous strip about me

So then ms_slonim, awesome Mardou, whore of mensa and owner of the best shoes, made for me a most marvellous weekly strip a true story about Jeremy Dennis and co. which is, as the title suggests, completely and absolutely true. Especially the bit about the curly-wurly. Also, as promised earlier, cavegirl Jeremy:

the dreaded snu snu shot ...

Ug, I say. And again, ug!

Oh my god! Look! Ferrets in sweaters! (That's mockduck's fault I think...)

There's something about this post that has borked my standard friends view... Most odd!

cavegirl Jeremy:
<td> picture and words to ... fault I think...)</td>

would work better without the <td> tags.

Indeed, that was my theory, though I'm not sure what those tags do.

They define table elements, which can be a bit hairy in LJ as the default style for friends pages is based on tables and sticking in an extra element can bork the nesting.

Like a discontintuity in a crystal matrix causing a slip fault ;-)

Aha! That would indeed explain the problem.

corrected now --
The problem is that I'm posting pictures from Livejournal's scrapbook -- which wraps a bunch of irrelevant and annoying table tags around everything automatically -- I missed one, which buggers it up in some views (not mine, though -- which is why I didn't spot it). Scrapbook's in development mothballs, as well, so I don't see being able to stop having to manually correct the code any time soon.

Still, the last time I made this particular error was about two years ago, I think, which isn't bad considering how often I post pictures...

Re: corrected now --
Thanks - rarely does a post of mine go by without me spotting errors after posting and having to hastily edit...

And purplecthulhu is also edjumacated, so everyone's happy!

Brilliant Mardou ! Absolutely top stars !

Brilliant again!!

Excellent strip.
Poor feckin' ferrets, though. Tain't natcherel. The one stuck in the Yankee Doodle suit should do a Shredni Vashrar.

the one in the princess hat (on the previous page) is the one that really made me go groo. Although the ferret beret cheered me with its pronunciation possibilities ...

Cavegirl Jeremy is my new poster girl.

Oh, that's really great! Props to Mardou!
She really does the WoM universe proud.

I always knew you'd be a cocktail-thieving 'verse jaunter! :-)

Great comic, I love cavewoman Jeremy!

I love the ferrets in turtleneck sweaters on the second page, they look so preppy.

Cavegirl Jeremy deserves a comic strip of her own. :-)
