Hmmmm. Well, I was quite looking forward to watching this series of Heroes, but it seems that NBC's deal with BBC 2 precludes BBC i-player, meaning that should your time-displaced television watching system should suffer a failure (and what are the chances of that happening in any given 11-week stretch?) you're reduced to a single page of bewildering spoilers, guaranteed to leave you slightly aggravated and still uncertain what happened. Now, there are series this wouldn't matter with. A Town Called Eureka? Watch it out of order. Flash Gordon? Well, you might get a little confused, but the gags will still shine through.

Heroes, though, is hard enough to follow without missing large chunks of the plot.

Did they actually retitle it "A Town Called..."? Here, it's just "Eureka."

Which, in the confluence of TV-watching, seems to be the opposite side of the coin of a TV town called "Jerico." ;-p

Apparently a US proxy will allow you to watch it on the NBC website though.

How many have you missed? Episode 4 is on tomorrow (Sunday) at 11:45 - they seem to show each show 3 times in an eleven day stretch over BBCs 3 and 2.

If this is not a hypothetical problem, and you missed episode 3 "Kindred" then for some reason I have that episode (and no other) in a subfolder of "My Videos" called "Other Peoples Videos" and could bring it on Tuesday.

Tivo's only as reliable as the signal it's receiving. This signal, as it comes via a Virgin Box, is prone to unpredictable outages -- I've been busy this week, so by the time things were put right, all the repeats had gone too.

Yeah, I missed Kindred courtesy of a flaky virgin box. Thanks a lot!

Re: please do!
Burned on a DVD with a couple of Easter eggs. And by Easter eggs I mean the two Kylie videos that were in the same folder of my computer.

There's a plot?

I hadn't noticed thus far...

I thought everybody watched it via torrents anyway.
